Pacesetters Exclusive Outing: Tour With Photographer Tariq Tarey

For Abstract Expressionist level members and above.

Join us on a Pacesetters Outing to the Ohio History Connection for a conversation with photographer Tariq Tarey, a documentary photographer, skilled in both still photography and video, who specializes in refugee affairs. His current exhibition consists of 30 photographs of members of the Bhutanese-Nepali community, emphasizing the journey of the Bhutanese-Nepali refugee from living and working in Bhutan, becoming refugees, to the challenges of resettlement in Columbus. Each photograph is accompanied by a narrative written by Doug Rutledge, which explains each individual’s history.

Space is limited and RSVP is required.
