GO FIGURE takes on the human form in ways both inquisitively tender and provocatively direct. Works offer a stunning array of perspectives about how we look at others, how we take in and interpret our bodily forms, and what we deduce from those encounters. GO FIGURE will include significant paintings by Nicole Eisenman, Tala Madani, Joan Semmel, and Allison Zuckerman; photographs by Deana Lawson and Omar Victor Diop; works on paper by Derrick Adams, Nathanial Mary Quinn, Toyin Ojih Odutola, and William Villalongo; and a major sculpture by Kehinde Wiley.

ALEC SOTH (b. 1969) has spent much of his career photographing the peculiarities of American life. His works are stark and clear images which confront the medium of photography and consciously consider the way it can or cannot tell stories, provoke reactions, and document contemporary realities. The Pizzuti Collection will exhibit over two dozen works from four different series, whose subjects range from brides at Niagara Falls, hermits living off the grid, Scenes from life along the Mississippi River, and teenagers at prom in Cleveland, Ohio.
